Nice girls, nice music , cuts too fast for me, less 1 sec for wonderful cut with nice girls not enough for me. Music have fast bit and for concept 1 bit - 1 new cut - 10/10 stars for edit , but to me need speed 0.3 sec/1 to this. And of course thank you for addictive text and this video and all prevoius works too, they all masterpiece ! Continue what you do 😍

@sidenpose you’re one of the masters of the craft, so I hope my comment (and any subsequent ones) display the reverence I have for you and your work. I don’t disagree with your assertion, PMVs are to their core “parades of flesh”, this particular “parade” went so fast I couldn’t make out any of the floats, walkers, candy throwers, etc. The rate, personally, diminished arousal. I’m only one reviewer though, art is subjective, hopefully overtime I can provide enough reviews so that readers and creators alike can critically assess my own reviews in the context of their preferences. It’s still on my to-do list to review your backlog, where I know 10/10 videos that can be added to my “Critugion Collection” await.
@RubgerEbert Your take is valid, I in no way intend to diminish your subjective experience, especially in the context of what you find arousing. I implore you, however, to reevaluate your feelings about this video when you see the footage in its full context in the 16:9. I am curious about your take :3

6/10: slick editing and curation from one of the genre’s premier creators. A great video of you truly desire to rot any remaining focus you may have. The problem for me is that the selected content is so good I’d like to look at it longer, but the rate of cuts in this video cheapens it to a parade of flesh that is, at times, impossible to distinguish. Lack of narrative aspect, while not irredeemable, also hurts the experience for this reviewer.
@RubgerEbert got me thinking so much about this analogy, I had to rewrite my message. Isn't the concept of a 'parade of flesh' like a fundamental quality of a PMV? I guess I can understand how taking that quality to its logical extreme can cheapen the effect for some. But personally, I find it hypnotic, often not giving enough time to even register a clip before the next one hits. I guess its just not my style~.
