Prohibited content

The following may never be posted, in any form:

• Minors. Anything depicting or sexualizing anyone under 18, including content that indirectly hints at it and drawn or animated variants (loli, shota). You must hold documentation that every person depicted is over 18.
• Non-consensual content. Real rape or coercion, revenge porn, and stolen private content.
• Non-consensual deepfakes. Manipulated media intended to deceive, and any impersonation of another person.
• Violence and death. Snuff, gore, torture, or real violence.
• Real bestiality, necrophilia, or incest.
• Doxxing. Posting anyone's personal information without their consent.
• Hate speech. Racial slurs or hateful content, spoken or written.
• Unedited copyrighted material. Content you have no rights to and haven't transformed. See Uploading content below.
• Malware. Viruses or anything designed to harm the site or its users.

Child-safety violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement. There are no warnings for this category; accounts are terminated immediately.

Banned studios

Content from the following studios is permanently banned because of criminal convictions or documented consent violations. Uploading it gets the video removed and the uploader permanently banned.

• GirlsDoPorn / GirlsDoToys. Operators were federally convicted of sex trafficking, fraud, and coercion; performer consent was obtained through deception.
• Primal Fetish (Michael Masters Productions). The producer was convicted of multiple sexual assaults against performers during production.
• Hot Girls Wanted / Hussie Models. Documented coercion and exploitation of young performers, some under 18.
• Czech Casting and related "casting" sites. Documented patterns of deception and coercion around consent; banned pending investigation.

If you spot content from a banned studio, report it and include the video URL and anything that identifies the studio.

Uploading content

• Own it or transform it. Only upload content you created, have rights to, or have genuinely transformed. PMVs and HMVs with substantial creative editing generally qualify as fair use; unedited rips, simple compilations, and slideshows do not.
• Everyone is 18+. Every person depicted must be an adult, and you must be able to document it. Moderators may request age verification for any video; the video is unlisted the moment verification is requested and only returns once it is approved.
• Tag accurately. Correct tags and categories keep your content in front of the right audience and out of other people's filters.
• Respect takedowns. If your upload is removed on a copyright claim, follow the process on the DMCA page rather than re-uploading.

By uploading you grant PMVHaven the license described in the Terms of Service, and content may be removed at our discretion without notice.

Conduct

• Be civil. No harassment, threats, bullying, or hate speech in comments or messages. Report violations instead of retaliating.
• No spam. No unsolicited advertising or promotion of content you don't own. Promoting your own uploads is fine.
• One account per person. No ban evasion, no sharing or selling accounts, and usernames must not impersonate anyone.
• Your profile follows the same rules. Avatars, banners, bios, and links are held to the same content standards as uploads.
• Don't attack the site. No scraping, bots, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the site and its ads.

Reporting

Use the flag on any video or comment, pick the violation category, and add details if you have them. Moderators review every report; depending on severity the outcome ranges from a warning or content removal to suspension or a permanent ban.

False or malicious reports may result in penalties to your own account.

Enforcement

• Minor violations: warning and content removal.
• Repeated violations: temporary suspension, 3 to 30 days.
• Serious violations: permanent account termination.
• Illegal content: immediate ban and referral to law enforcement.

We are not obligated to warn before acting, and severe violations skip straight to permanent bans. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact contact@pmvhaven.com with your username and an explanation.
