Legal Consequences of False Claims
Please note that failing to comply with all requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may render your DMCA notice ineffective. Additionally, knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity on Pmvhaven.com infringes your copyright may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Counter Procedures
