I trimmed off about 10 seconds of intro so the PMV starts with the song. Video was re-encoded to 720p (ffmpeg, crf16, slow, lanczos). Audio was replaced with the same song (just music only). I got my copy from SpankBang, but there is a copy here on PMVHaven (from The Great PMV Archive).
