Pato Banton is a reggae singer from England, who had some fame prior to teaming up with Ranking Roger, who was a member of "General Public". While almost unknown in the US, they did achieve a number 15 song on the Reggae Chart with "Bubbling Hot". The movies use to create this are Baby Face, Harlequin Affair, and Black Throat.
