Over 10 years ago when I first offered a compilation of the 1998 Japanese animated movie "A Kite", I also included the No Doubt music Video for "Ex-Girlfriend", because it was almost a shot for shot recreation of one of the most pivotal segments of the movie. Which of course made me decide to actually cut the two of them together. Alternating the original music video with Gwen Stefani singing with the ultra violent and sexual animated movie. And yes, I did consider splicing in segments from the 2014 movie. But after viewing it a second time, not only was the movie worse than I remembered, the segment in it of this sequence was nothing like the original one at all.
