What currently drives me is creating things that essentially have no meaning. Of course, this is somewhat about my edits as well, as a kind of feedback loop. Sweet nothing. From playfulness comes desire, and from desire comes motion. Here, everyone wants it; there’s no submission, but there’s no love either. Togetherness remains at the level of fun. I had never seen Nancy Ace’s piece before; it’s worth watching anyway. Especially if you’re trying to motivate yourself to move around a bit lately. It can be quite inspiring. The whole PMV has a kind of pull, like the surge of a great river. Steady. It doesn’t seem fast or dangerous, yet it can destroy everything. Perhaps deeply buried passion is like this too. The cuts are sometimes driven by the rhythm, sometimes by the lyrics. I paid attention to the latter, so there are a few Easter eggs in the piece. The ending turned out a bit awkward with that girl’s silly voice, and of course, I couldn’t stop either, so I had to include all that cumshots and Naomi’s monologue. A mystery as to why…
