Download original H265 format if viewing on quest, since quest does not support AV1 codec. Upscaled to 4k60 using TopazAI Proteus, then converted to 3d using Owl3D (settings: strength 8, pop out 8, convergence 4, temporal stability medium, standard model v2, render both eyes). I find these settings to give an intense 3d pop out effect, and the temporal stability prevents most of the annoying flickering. On my old 13" M1 Macbook Pro, each PMV takes about 4 hours to upscale 8 hours to convert to 3d.
